ibs15 Terms and Conditions — Platform Rules and User Agreement

1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the ibs15 platform — whether through the website at ibs15.net or through the mobile app — you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and ibs15.

If you are registering on behalf of another person, you confirm that you have the authority to do so and that the person on whose behalf you are registering also agrees to these terms. ibs15 reserves the right to request verification of identity at any time.

These terms should be read alongside the ibs15 Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming guidelines, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and ibs15.

2Eligibility

To use ibs15, you must meet all of the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. ibs15 does not permit underage gaming under any circumstances.
• You must be registering as an individual acting on your own behalf — corporate accounts or accounts registered on behalf of groups are not permitted.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion or cooling-off period on ibs15 or any associated platform.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration and keep that information up to date.

3Account Registration

Each person may hold only one account on ibs15. Creating multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment details — is a serious violation of these terms and will result in all accounts being suspended and any balances being forfeited.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Do not share your password or account access with any other person. ibs15 will not be responsible for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by you sharing your login details.

• All information provided at registration must be accurate and belong to you personally.
• ibs15 may request identity verification documents (such as a valid CNIC) at any point. Failure to provide these may result in account suspension until verification is completed.
• Accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account to another person.

4Deposits and Payments

All deposits on ibs15 are made in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No foreign currency deposits are accepted. Supported payment methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer (IBFT), debit cards, and credit cards issued by Pakistani banks.

• Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed on the deposit screen at the time of transaction.
• ibs15 does not charge platform-side fees on deposits. Fees charged by your payment provider (if any) are the responsibility of the player.
• Deposited funds are intended to be used for gaming and betting on the ibs15 platform. Deposits that are withdrawn immediately without any gaming activity may be reviewed.

ibs15 uses SSL encryption on all transactions. Your card details and banking credentials are not stored on ibs15 servers — payments are processed through your own wallet or bank app.

5Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests can be submitted through the ibs15 platform once your account has been verified. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your deposit wherever possible — JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, or your registered bank account.

• All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. ibs15 may request supporting documents before processing a withdrawal.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times vary by method and are shown on the withdrawal screen.
• ibs15 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending verification, security review, or where there is suspicion of fraudulent activity.
• Bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal.

6Bonuses and Promotions

ibs15 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, which are communicated at the time the offer is presented.

• Bonuses are intended for personal entertainment use only. Any attempt to exploit bonuses through systematic or coordinated wagering may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each offer is stated in the offer terms.
• ibs15 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time, including if there is evidence of misuse or abuse.
• Only one bonus can be active per account at a time unless otherwise stated in the promotion terms.

7Betting and Gaming Rules

ibs15 offers sports betting (including cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, football, and esports), live casino games, fish shooting games, and slots. Each product category is governed by its own set of game rules, which are available within the relevant section of the platform.

• All bets are placed at the odds or game parameters shown at the time the bet or wager is confirmed. ibs15 does not guarantee a minimum return on any bet.
• In the event of a technical error, disputed result, or system malfunction, ibs15 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the player's balance.
• Bets confirmed on the platform are binding. Once a bet is accepted, it cannot be cancelled by the player except where explicitly permitted by the platform.
• Live in-play betting odds update in real time. ibs15 is not responsible for bets placed at odds that have since changed due to network delays on the player's end.
• The outcome of casino games and fish games is determined by certified random number generation (RNG) systems. Results are final.

8Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ibs15:

• Registering or operating more than one account on the platform.
• Using false, stolen, or borrowed identity or payment information during registration or transactions.
• Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent or illegal means.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to interact with the platform in a manner not intended for regular users.
• Any attempt to exploit software bugs, game glitches, or pricing errors for financial gain.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users or ibs15 staff.
• Using the platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment gaming and sports betting.

9Responsible Gaming

ibs15 takes responsible gaming seriously. The platform is designed for adults who treat gaming as a form of entertainment — not as a source of income or a way to resolve financial difficulties.

• Players are encouraged to set personal deposit limits before starting to play and to stick to those limits.
• Self-exclusion options are available through the Responsible Gaming page for players who feel they need a break from the platform.
• ibs15 will not contact players specifically to encourage them to resume play after a self-exclusion period.
• Players under 18 years of age are strictly prohibited from accessing the platform. Adults are responsible for ensuring minors in their household cannot access the platform through their account.

10Account Suspension and Termination

ibs15 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion. Circumstances that may lead to suspension or closure include but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to provide requested identity verification documents within a reasonable timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or misuse of bonus offers.
• A player requesting their own account closure through the self-exclusion process.

Where an account is suspended due to suspected fraud or abuse, balances may be withheld pending investigation. Where an account is legitimately closed by the player, any remaining real-money balance (excluding unfulfilled bonus funds) will be returned to the player's registered payment method after verification.

11Intellectual Property

All content on the ibs15 platform — including the website design, mobile app interface, graphics, logos, game assets, and written content — is the property of ibs15 or its content licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any ibs15 content without prior written permission.

Game titles and content provided by third-party game studios are the intellectual property of their respective owners. ibs15 operates these games under licence.

12Limitation of Liability

ibs15 provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While every effort is made to ensure the platform operates reliably, ibs15 does not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation at all times.

• ibs15 is not liable for losses resulting from technical failures, interrupted connectivity, or events outside its reasonable control.
• ibs15 is not responsible for losses resulting from a player's decision to gamble or bet. Gaming involves risk and players accept that risk when placing wagers.
• To the fullest extent permitted, ibs15's total liability to any player in respect of any claim is limited to the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13Privacy

The collection, storage, and use of personal data on ibs15 is governed by the ibs15 Privacy Policy. By registering on ibs15 you confirm that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the handling of your personal data as described therein.

ibs15 will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is used for account management, payment processing, identity verification, and improving the platform experience.

14Changes to These Terms

ibs15 may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When material changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised. ibs15 may also notify registered players of significant changes through in-platform notifications.

Continuing to use the platform after updated terms have been published means you accept the revised terms. If you do not agree to an updated version, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.
